Deline HOA is loosely comprised of the homes on Deline Street and adjoining side streets between SW 209th and SW 203rd, specifically lot 250 to lot 395 in Cross Creek 4 & 5. For additional details on the boundaries see the Plat Map.
Board meetings are typically held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. You can attend in person at Deline HOA President Amber Anderson's home at 20440 SW Deline St or online by clicking here.
The dues for the Deline HOA are $125 annually. The majority of those funds cover the maintenance of the HOA's common areas but the board also organizes several activities throughout the year. The purpose of these activities is to encourage neighborhood interaction and relationships; as such, Deline HOA also partners with neighboring HOAs and organizations for some of these activities.
Deline HOA owns a greenspace on Deline St between 208th Ct and Westside St. This area contains a basketball/tennis court, playground, baseball and volleyball areas, picnic tables, open fields and walking paths that connect to neighboring communities. There is a second common area off Jaylee St just north of 204th Ave that has a sitting area and walking path that leads to Butternut Creek Elementary School.
Most of the HOA activities are held in the park on Deline between 208th Ct and Westside St. Additionally, the Deline and Cross Creek HOAs have partnered with Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District to work on improving the tributaries that feed into Butternut Creek. Consequently, there will be many big changes coming to the greenspace throughout the coming years that will both increase native flora and fauna and make the space more user friendly.

The CC&Rs are a reasonable guide as to when a change application is required. However, when in doubt, please don't hesitate to reach out to the board with any questions you might have.
The Deline HOA board is responsible for many things, including ensuring that common areas are regularly maintained, reviewing homeowner questions, concerns, and change applications, and organizing community events. The Deline HOA is not managed by an outside company; all of the board members are homeowners who volunteer to keep things running smoothly.
Homeowner volunteers help keep HOA dues low so the board is always looking for volunteers! Whether it is helping organize or attending an event, working on a committee, passing out flyers or serving on the board as a director, there are many ways to get involved. If you are interested in helping out in ANY capacity, please reach out to the board!
